Multiple Front End Developers/UI Designer-

We're seeking multiple experienced Front End Developers / UI Designers with a strong dual skill set across design and development to support major digital initiatives within a large, complex enterprise environment.
You'll be embedded in multidisciplinary delivery teams, taking a human‑centred, user‑first approach to designing and building intuitive, accessible digital services. This is a hands‑on role covering the full lifecycle-from discovery and prototyping through to front‑end build and continuous iteration based on user feedback.
Key Duties:
- Designing user‑centred interfaces within existing design systems and style guides
- Producing user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity UI designs
- Translating designs into high‑quality front‑end code using modern frameworks
- Implementing responsive UI components using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Working closely with UX researchers, designers and developers to iterate based on usability testing
- Advocating for accessibility, usability and best‑practice front‑end development
- Coaching and collaborating with back‑end engineers on usability and front‑end considerations
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing user interfaces using ReactJS and/or Angular
- Strong front‑end development skills with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Proven experience working within design systems and established style guides
- Hands‑on experience translating usability testing insights into actionable UI improvements
- Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Axure
- Experience delivering digital services in large, complex or enterprise environments
