As part of their continued investment in digital capability, they are expanding their Innovation team to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions that drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.
Role Purpose
You will join a collaborative Innovation team and play a critical role in delivering enterprise technology solutions that support the organisation's strategic objectives.
Working closely with Solution Architects and business stakeholders, you will design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions across a diverse technology landscape, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned to business needs.
This role spans both technical delivery and business engagement, requiring strong development capability alongside the ability to translate requirements into practical, value-driven solutions. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose technical solutions aligned to business requirements and strategic goals.
- Develop, enhance, and support enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and integration platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Produce detailed functional and technical design documentation.
- Lead or contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities.
- Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Support system integration across platforms and ensure effective data flow, storage, and reporting.
- Participate in process analysis, process redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate solution designs and implementation outcomes.
- Identify risks, manage delivery timelines, and ensure high-quality documentation and governance
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 2+ years' experience in an enterprise development or consulting environment.
- Strong development skills in C# and .NET (Microsoft stack).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database development.
- Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency with JSON, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working with B2B systems and environments.
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to integration platforms such as BizTalk or Jitterbit.
- Experience with ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Salesforce, SugarCRM).
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Sitefinity) or PHP development.
- Relevant Microsoft or technical certifications.
