Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Hubspot Specialist on a contract basis to support the delivery of key CRM initiatives.

This role is execution-focused, with responsibility for completing in-progress HubSpot builds, maintaining data integrity, and implementing automation and integrations. You will work independently from defined specifications, ensuring high-quality delivery with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver active HubSpot build initiatives, including:
• Custom object development
• Product configuration (Commerce Hub)
• Object modelling and system enhancements
• Execute CRM data quality improvements
• Progress integration work between HubSpot and external systems
• Maintain and enhance lifecycle automation across deals and customer journeys
• Produce clear, structured documentation including configuration details, change logs, and release notes
• Work autonomously to deliver outcomes, escalating blockers where required

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot (Sales Hub preferred)
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end HubSpot solutions from defined specifications
• Experience managing and completing in-progress CRM projects
• Strong focus on data quality, governance, and system accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Previous experience working as a contractor or in a freelance capacity
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience implementing HubSpot integrations with external systems
• Background working in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance system builds or workflows
