About You
You are a Technical Application Support Analyst with a talent for identifying and analyzing complex, real-world problems. You are a self-starter who thinks outside the box and takes pride in seeing a solution through to completion. You value high-quality output and enjoy collaborating with internal teams, regional partners, and end-users.
You will develop a unique skillset that bridges standard IT infrastructure with specialized industrial technology. Your experience will enhance our global support community and improve operational processes.
Core Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support for specialized industrial software suites.
Analyze data and logs, build test environments, and recreate issues to validate solutions.
Troubleshoot complex ecosystems to identify root causes and provide both tactical workarounds and permanent fixes.
Restore critical site services and manage escalations to advanced engineering teams when required.
Participate in a rotational hotline coverage schedule for key technology products.
Maintain and grow relationships with regional dealers and customers.
Qualifications & Experience
Basic Qualifications:
Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to acquire technical knowledge quickly using a process-oriented analytical approach.
Relevant background in Information Technology (Certifications or extensive experience) or On-site Mining/Heavy Equipment operations.
Top Candidates May Also Have:
Prior experience in dedicated Customer Support roles.
Foundational knowledge in Virtualization, TCP/IP Networking, and Database management.
Direct experience with heavy machinery or autonomous haulage systems.
