As a Service Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and improving services that enhance user experiences and meet business objectives.
You will conduct research to understand user needs, map out service journeys, and identify pain points. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design innovative solutions that streamline processes and elevate customer satisfaction. Your work will involve prototyping, user testing, and iterating on designs based on feedback.
With a focus on both functionality and user experience, you will help shape services that are not only effective but also delightful to use. Strong analytic, creative, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply best practices service design methodology
Deliver and design service designs for purpose
work with stakeholders to develop key user exp and design
Experiance within the UX design space
- Experiance with design tools such as Figma,Micro And Adobe CC
Experiance in Human-centric focussed design
Create service blueprints and journey maps to visualise current and desired service processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure cohesive service design.
