You must possess strong analytical, solution and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively as well as independently, along with the following skills:
Knowledge and hands on experience with the Aurion HRMIS system.
Expert knowledge in configuring Aurion Payroll, Timekeeper and Business Process Automation modules
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in technical liaison with business and vendors.
Services to be provided, but not limited to:
Consult with various stakeholders including subject matter experts, solution architects and external consultants to understand the requirements of work packages.
Configure new capabilities across the Aurion suite of modules ensuring existing configuration is not impacted.
Facilitation and documentation of workshops involving multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
Initiate, establish, and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver project outcomes
