Job Overview: A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Senior Data and Analytics Specialist for a 5-month contract based in Ipswich. In this role, you will design and deliver a KPI dashboard and analytics engine, enabling data-driven insights to support organisational performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement KPI data pipelines, data warehousing, and modelling solutions.
Develop a Power BI dashboard to provide clear, actionable insights across key performance areas.
Build predictive analytics models to support 3-6 month forecasting of KPIs.
Deliver training in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to upskill internal team members.
Establish a sustainable framework for maintaining and updating KPIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend platforms, data sources, and algorithms.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in Power BI, SSIS, and predictive modelling techniques.
Ability to deliver innovative, user-centric data solutions.
Experience in training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Knowledge of healthcare KPIs or experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
