Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking three experienced Project Managers to join our Technology & Communication Services Command team. This role involves managing large and complex ICT projects in line with NSW Government and PMO policies, standards, and procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of project products and services within the specified time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefits parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement technology solutions for business initiatives and operational challenges.
• Assess business requirements, identify synergies, and manage strategic implementation.
• Ensure projects are managed and delivered to professional standards and in compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
• Provide leadership and negotiate solutions across divisions and with stakeholders.
• Proactively manage customer needs, expectations, and satisfaction.
• Drive project delivery and implementation, including documentation and ongoing support.
• Monitor and manage external vendors and change management activities.

Selection Criteria:

• Proven experience in technical and delivery project management in large-scale environments.
• Strong track record in delivering successful ICT projects using contemporary methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Certified in project management best practices.
• Experience in mobilising and motivating teams and working with senior leaders.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office tools.

Working Conditions:

• Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen.
• National Police Check and Baseline National Security Clearance required.
• 40 hours per week with specific leave requirements based on contract duration.
