About the Role
We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Administrator to assist in transitioning from a legacy Learning Management System (LMS) to SAP SuccessFactors LMS. This position is part of the Emergency Resources Management Systems program, which supports the Department's critical emergency management functions.
In this role, you will work closely with current administrators to prepare learning artefacts, migrate and test training data, and establish the system for ongoing use. Your work will directly support the Department's efforts in managing personnel profiles and deployment for emergency events such as bushfires and biosecurity incidents.
Role Responsibilities
- LMS Administration: Configure, manage, and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
- Data Migration: Assist in the cleansing, migration, and testing of existing training records.
- Content Development: Create core and mandatory curricula, map learning against roles, and develop SOPs and training videos.
- Reporting Framework: Establish a reporting structure for business units and generate tailored system reports.
- User Experience: Update email templates and integrate directorate branding for consistency.
- Future-State Planning: Collaborate on defining the LMS's future state to ensure its alignment with organisational needs.
- Cultural Safety: Promote environments free from discrimination, fostering inclusivity and participation.
- Additional Duties: Support other tasks as directed to achieve project goals.
Experience Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a balance of technical expertise and interpersonal acumen.
- Proficiency in LMS administration, particularly within the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management module.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, report, and deliver LMS-related solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure clarity in requirements.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
