Senior Business Analyst x 2

Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a client that plays a pivotal role in supporting and advocating for vulnerable individuals in the community. The client focuses on driving improvements in public policy and service delivery to ensure better outcomes for at-risk populations.

In this role, you will be part of a public-facing business transformation project, helping to simplify and streamline IT solutions for staff and potentially a wide audience across Queensland. Your contributions will focus on enhancing the efficiency and usability of these solutions.

The Role:

• Contract until end of June 2025!
• Hybrid engagement.
• $850 - $950 p/d inc super.
• Brisbane CBD location.

The Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Engage with clients (business users) to gather and outline key functional needs, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Map processes to identify both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable technology solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, ensuring cross-team alignment.
• Evaluate requirements as part of the solution selection process.
• Assist in quality assurance, providing documentation to support end-users.
• Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks.
