Are you an experienced Technology Delivery Manager looking for an exciting challenge? We have an opportunity for you to join a dynamic team, working on complex projects that deliver quality outcomes across key functions.

About the Role:

As an EL1 Technology Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for undertaking very complex work, delivering high-quality outcomes across the functions of a leading organization. This role requires a high degree of independence in problem-solving and issue management, as well as sound decision-making and judgment to produce high-level policy advice and operational support. You will be responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships, representing, and negotiating on behalf of the organization to advance its interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the team's delivery workflow and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain team momentum, identifying and removing blockers that inhibit progress.
• Plan and execute the delivery of services and products with project teams.
• Track team progress and performance, addressing skills or knowledge gaps and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other delivery ceremonies as required.

About the Team:

The Agency ICT Services Branch supports all ICT systems and infrastructure, excluding primary business applications such as SAP CRM and Salesforce CRM. The branch provides ICT services to staff and partners, including the design, build, and maintenance of ICT applications, infrastructure, and hardware.
