About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support IT and business transformation projects. In this role, you'll drive stakeholder engagement, coordinate change activities, and ensure smooth transitions for various initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder analyses and business impact assessments to assess readiness, resistance, and risks.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, integrating them into project plans.
• Create change management documents, including communications and training plans.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and develop communication artefacts.
• Support award submissions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Change Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to produce change artefacts and deliver training.
• Support IT project change activities for digital/cloud transformations, ERP/CRM/Payroll, and business process improvement projects.

Essential Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years as an IT Change Analyst and 7+ years in IT/business roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in plain English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with digital/cloud transformations, ERP/CRM/Payroll implementations, and AI/business process improvement projects would be desirable.
• Proven ability to deliver within project time-frames.
