About the Role

Join an exciting journey to implement Salesforce. Our client is looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to help lead the way! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaborating with teams, solving business challenges, and ensuring Salesforce is set up for success from day one.
Reporting to the IT Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things Salesforce, ensuring it aligns with business goals, meets user needs, and drives digital transformation. You will also cleanse and prepare data, ensuring everything aligns with business needs.

What You Will Do

✔ Leading the Salesforce Implementation - Work with key stakeholders to define business needs, oversee configurations, and manage the rollout from start to finish.
✔ Data Cleansing & Migration - Ensure the existing data is accurate, structured, and ready for a seamless transition.
✔ Bridging the Gap Between Teams - Act as the link between users and the Global Support Team, translating technical details into clear, practical steps for the business.
✔ Driving User Adoption - Develop training sessions and resources to help teams make the most of Salesforce.
✔ Improving & Innovating - Identify opportunities to enhance processes, automate workflows, and keep Salesforce evolving to meet business needs.

What You Should Have Done

✔ 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner
✔ Hands-on experience with Salesforce solutions, digital transformation projects, and enterprise system rollouts
✔ A keen eye for detail when it comes to data cleansing and migration
✔ Excellent communication skills-you can translate complex ideas into everyday language
✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders
✔ Experience with Office 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and similar tools
✔ A passion for change management and guiding teams through transformation
