The Role:
As a Scrum Master, you'll support multiple Agile workstreams, ensuring teams stay on track and deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll facilitate workstream planning, backlog refinement, and DevOps practices, while guiding stakeholders and reinforcing Agile methodologies within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead workstream delivery planning & execution.
✅ Track progress, refine backlogs & support feature prioritisation.
✅ Promote DevOps practices & Agile ways of working.
✅ Encourage continuous improvement across teams.
✅ Engage & influence stakeholders at all levels.
What You'll Bring:
🔹 Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Iteration Manager.
🔹 Strong track record in Agile team leadership & delivery.
🔹 Experience across government & private sector environments.
🔹 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Ability to influence and drive Agile adoption.
Contract Details:
📍 Location: Carseldine, Brisbane
📆 Contract: Until August 2025
💰 Rate: $1100-$1200 per day
