We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our IT team. This is a key role in driving user-centred solutions that align business objectives with innovative digital experiences. You will be working on diverse projects spanning legacy system changes, new software products, and end-to-end solution design across various business functions.

Your Role

• Lead projects that focus on human-centred design and user experience
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements in a way that is easily understood by both business and IT stakeholders
• Conduct user research, create personas, customer journey maps, and user stories to inform solution design
• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs, gaps, and pain points, ensuring solutions are aligned with objectives
• Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver innovative, user-friendly solutions
• Facilitate workshops and drive process mapping using MIRO, Visio, or BPM tools
• Develop business capability models and swim lane diagrams to optimise business operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business analysis - ideally with a clear career path, similar to Junior BA → BA → Senior BA
• Strong track record in requirement gathering and documentation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - able to work in challenging, high-demand environments
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Web, Mobile, Systems Implementation & Integration projects
• Ability to work across multiple business functions on a broad range of initiatives
