Service Desk Analyst

Position: Service Desk Analyst (Temporary)

Duration: <12/6 Month Contract>

Location: Frankston

Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for delivering exceptional customer service? Clicks IT Recruitment, a leading Australian tech and digital staffing agency, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a <12/6 month contract> role based in Frankston.

Our client needs a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join their Service Desk team and assist in managing the End User Device Refresh project. This role will report to the End User Services Team Lead, working closely with a team of 6 Service Desk Analysts, a Senior End User Support Analyst, and a Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify end-of-life devices in the domain and compile the list in a spreadsheet.
• Build and deploy new devices, including specialist software needs.
• Send out communications to users and manage end-user expectations.
• Maintain the project spreadsheet and provide status reports to management.
• Identify risks and challenges, ensuring timely solutions.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• A natural drive for good customer outcomes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be a self-starter.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, and MS Office.
• Knowledgeable in ITSM and experience responding via telephone, Teams, email, and self-service portal.
• Attention to detail and a good attendance record are non-negotiable.
• Full-time onsite role (no remote working).

Process:

• Formal behavioral/technical interview (likely via Teams).
• Successful candidates will undergo 2 reference checks and a police check before commencing. Candidates should be prepared to provide necessary documents for the police check.

Work Environment:

• Full-time, 5 days a week in the Frankston office.

Daily/Hourly Rate:

• We are happy to consider the market rate. Candidate rates vary depending on quality and experience. You will have the ability to discount candidates if their rate is too high.
