The Role:
We're seeking a Senior Service Technician (Level 2-3) to take ownership of technical escalations, mentor junior staff, and deliver tailored IT solutions. You'll play a vital role in maintaining and improving client IT infrastructure while enjoying a supportive and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide advanced onsite, remote, and project-based support. ✅ Analyse and enhance clients' IT systems and infrastructure. ✅ Own technical escalations and act as a trusted point of contact. ✅ Develop and maintain clear technical documentation. ✅ Mentor and guide junior IT support staff. ✅ Design and implement tailored technical solutions.
What You'll Bring:
🔹 Experience working in an MSP environment (essential). 🔹 Strong Level 3 support experience. 🔹 Expertise in Office 365, networking, and IT security. 🔹 Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. 🔹 Experience mentoring junior IT staff.
