As a Product Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining advanced fleet management and mining technology used across major operational sites. The role blends technical problem‑solving, customer interaction and occasional site‑based work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and real‑world impact.
What you'll bring
- Experience with mining technology, fleet management systems or similar operational tech
- Strong L2/L3 technical support background
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Confidence working in customer‑facing environments
