Clicks IT Recruitment, a leading Australian tech and digital staffing agency, is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join an innovative and dynamic team.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a Digital Learning Experience program. Reporting to the Program/Project Manager, you will develop and drive the business case for digital learning platforms, collaborating with IT, academics, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading university's strategic goals in digital and AI learning and teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the business case for digital learning platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement NGDLE projects
• Ensure high-quality outcomes and timely project delivery

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the education or technology sector
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of digital learning technologies, methodologies, and trends
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project and JIRA
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Agile methodology practices highly regarded
