Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS | DevSecOps | Terraform)
📍 Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid)
📅 Contract to Dec 2026 (view to extend)

We're looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to play a key hands-on role in a major technology transformation. This is an opportunity to lead from the front-driving a shift to a modern DevSecOps culture while mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

What you'll do:

• Design and deliver secure, scalable AWS cloud solutions (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, VPC)
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform
• Lead and uplift DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, shift-left security, automation)
• Manage and optimise GitHub workflows, branching strategies & security
• Mentor junior & mid-level engineers through coaching, code reviews & best practices
• Collaborate across platforms, network & application teams

What you bring:

• Strong experience as a Senior Cloud / DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud engineering
• Proven hands-on experience with Terraform & GitHub (GitHub Actions)
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles & secure SDLC
• Passion for mentoring and building engineering capability
