Position - Program Coordinator

Project Name - ERP Program

Duration - 5 month contract, start date asap (ideally notice period 2 weeks)

Project Background
This role will be responsible for program support for the ERP Program, which is implementing new cloud based Finance, HR, Payroll systems. The incumbent Program Coordinator is progressing into a new role within the Program creating this vacancy.

Specific Skills

• Demonstrated experience with project & program financial reporting and budget / forecast maintenance
• Demonstrated experience with project & program schedule maintenance (MS Project / MS Project server to intermediate level)
• Demonstrated experience with administration of invoices, contracts & purchase orders
• Demonstrated experience with Jira
• MS Office suite proficiency (advanced)
• Demonstrated experience with HR processes including induction, onboarding, offboarding, logistics
• Sound understanding of project methodology / frameworks including waterfall & agile
• Collaborative, team player
• Established communication skills (written and verbal)
  
  Objectives / Deliverables
  During this engagement the Program Coordinator will be specifically responsible for the following:
• Schedule and budget maintenance using Microsoft project server (EPMS)
• Maintenance of risk, action, issue, dependency logs
• Project & Program steering group secretariat
• Responsible for management of project commercial agreements
• Responsible for financial / project status reporting
• Responsible for project logistics management eg: asset management
• Responsible for on-boarding new project team-members
