We are seeking experienced Senior Organisational Change Managers to lead the people side of complex ICT and digital transformation initiatives within a large and dynamic enterprise environment. This is an opportunity to influence executive stakeholders, shape change strategy, and drive successful adoption across multiple high-profile program

As a Senior Organisational Change Manager, you will provide strategic leadership while remaining hands-on in the delivery of change outcomes. You will partner with program leaders, executives, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure organisational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable business adoption

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively deliver the development of organisational change strategies and business change implementation plans across programs and projects.
• Conduct and own the execution of impact assessments to identify changes to processes, systems, structures, roles and ways of working, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Apply and practically implement structured change management methodologies and tools to drive adoption and effectively manage the people side of change.
• Assess organisational readiness, capacity and change risks, and translate insights into hands-on change activities aligning with business cycles and delivery timelines.
• Design, develop and deliver targeted communication, stakeholder engagement and sponsor enablement strategies to support successful change outcomes.
• Monitor, evaluate and embed change outcomes, while building organisational change capability through coaching, mentoring and active contribution to continuous improvement.

You will have:

• Extensive experience leading end-to-end organisational change management for major ICT, digital, or business transformation program
• Demonstrated success delivering change outcomes within complex program and project environments
• Strong expertise in impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, organisational readiness, and change planning
• Large government, regulated, or enterprise-scale environments.
• Benefits realisation and change measurement frameworks. 
• Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
