We're partnering with a large Queensland Government organisation to recruit an experienced Power Platform Service Coordinator.

This role supports the governance, adoption and day-to-day coordination of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 capabilities across the organisation. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, vendors and platform specialists to ensure solutions meet governance, compliance and operational requirements.

Acting as a key coordination point, you'll help maintain visibility across platform activity, support governance and audit processes, coordinate deployment readiness activities, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of platform operations and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate engagement between stakeholders, developers and vendors
• Guide users through governance and platform processes
• Coordinate solution onboarding and governance reviews
• Support production readiness and deployment activities
• Maintain approvals, documentation and solution records
• Track governance and compliance obligations
• Coordinate audits, reviews and remediation actions
• Monitor platform risks, issues and dependencies
• Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder meetings
• Prepare operational and compliance reports
• Develop Power BI dashboards and metrics
• Support vendor governance and onboarding activities
• Track platform adoption and service performance
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Support governance and operational improvement initiatives

What you need to bring

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent organisation and coordination abilities
• Experience in governance, compliance or audit activities
• Power BI reporting and dashboard experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong written communication skills
• Meeting facilitation and stakeholder management experience
• Experience working in technology or service environments
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence
• Experience maintaining documentation and records
• Ability to track risks, actions and compliance activities
• Customer-focused approach to service delivery
• Experience supporting operational processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Microsoft Power Platform knowledge
• ICT governance or compliance experience
• Vendor engagement experience
• Power BI advanced reporting capability
• Experience supporting enterprise technology platforms
