Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our Information Systems & Services team.

This role is hands‑on and platform‑focused, responsible for the development, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, and for integrating these systems with our broader data ecosystem (including Microsoft Fabric and our data warehouse).

This is a business systems and integration role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning platforms end‑to‑end and working closely with users in a purpose‑driven organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, configure, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse / CE)
• Build and enhance model‑driven apps, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and security roles
• Develop and support Power Apps used by internal teams and external stakeholders
• Create Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and system interactions
• Package, deploy, and manage solutions across development, test, and production environments

• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using:
  • Dataverse connectors
  • REST APIs
  • JSON / XML
    
    
• Support data flows and ETL processes between Dynamics 365 and:
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Data warehouse and reporting platforms

What We're Looking For

• Hands‑on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse / CE)
• Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
    
    
• Experience configuring:
  • Entities, forms, views, business rules
  • Security roles and permissions
    
    
• Experience building system integrations using APIs and data connectors
• Solid understanding of data flows, relational data, and system integration concepts
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with non‑technical stakeholders
