We are currently partnering with a leading global organisation that specialises in AI-driven clinical documentation solutions, supporting healthcare providers to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across their systems.
With continued growth in the Australian market, they are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join the team and support the rollout of their flagship platform across healthcare environments.
About the role:
This is a highly engaging, client-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementations of a clinical documentation and coding platform.
You will work closely with project teams, technical specialists, and healthcare stakeholders to configure solutions, support integrations, and ensure a smooth transition from implementation through to go-live and beyond.
Day to day, you will be involved in:
- Leading end-to-end implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand workflows and tailor solutions accordingly
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Supporting integrations with EMR and other healthcare systems
- Troubleshooting issues and ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects
This role sits between the technical teams and the business, requiring someone who can translate requirements into practical solutions while building strong relationships along the way.
What you will bring
- Experience in healthcare IT or SaaS implementations
- Exposure to EMR systems, clinical coding, or hospital environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Comfortable working across technical teams, integrations, and system configurations
- Knowledge of HL7, ICD10AM/ACHI, SQL, AWS or web services
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Australia, with occasional travel (10-20%) to client sites as required.
