The Role:
We're looking for a Level 2 Support Technician join a growing technical team and to deliver tailored IT solutions to customers on existing SLA's and also ad hoc clients. You'll play a vital role in maintaining and improving client IT infrastructure while enjoying a supportive and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide advanced onsite, remote, and project-based support.
✅ Analyse and enhance clients' IT systems and infrastructure.
✅ Own technical escalations and act as a trusted point of contact.
✅ Design and implement tailored technical solutions.
What You'll Bring:
🔹 Previous experience working in a managed services (MSP) environment is highly regarded
🔹 Strong Level 2/3 support experience, with the ability to take ownership of escalations.
🔹 Expertise working within the Windows environment, networking, and IT security.
🔹 Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
🔹 Experience mentoring junior IT staff is highly regarded
