About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Developer to join a high‑performing Agile product team delivering business‑critical platforms and integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem.
This role has a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016 & Dynamics 365) and Azure‑based integrations. You'll work closely with the Tech Lead and Senior Product Owner, contributing across strategic initiatives and BAU enhancements within a collaborative, cross‑functional squad (Product, QA, DevOps and Design).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Dynamics CRM‑based solutions and integrations
- Build secure, scalable backend services using .NET and Azure
- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to and lead code reviews, documentation and quality practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full technology stack
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps to deliver reliable, well‑tested releases
- Participate in architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Experience
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in a full‑stack or backend‑focused developer role
- Proven experience delivering Dynamics CRM / D365 integrations
- Strong hands‑on experience with .NET and Azure
- Experience working in Agile, CI/CD environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 & Dynamics 365
- CRM integrations and API design
Desirable:
- Exposure to AI‑enabled solutions or Microsoft Copilot
