Business Systems Analyst

Clicks IT Recruitment has partnered with NH Foods to find a Business Systems Analyst who's looking for a genuinely hands-on, end-to-end role, where you'll have the autonomy to shape system improvements and make a direct impact on how the business operates.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both BAU and continuous improvement, and wants to be involved in shaping future technology decisions, not just gathering requirements.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, the CIO, and external vendors to:

• Understand how current systems support the business and where improvements can be made
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, uplift systems, and enhance user experience
• Drive system enhancements and initiatives from discovery through to delivery and adoption
• Work with vendors to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned to business needs
• Support the organisation in making informed decisions on future technology investments

You'll also provide systems-level support and guidance where needed, working alongside the support team.

What they are looking for

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Application Analyst
• Exposure to enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, etc.)
• Someone who is proactive, takes ownership, and can drive outcomes end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with vendors
• A focus on continuous improvement and delivering real business value
