About you

- The ability to identify and map processes and uncover opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and end-user technology environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- An understanding of ITIL and IT service management principles.
- A proactive and curious approach, with the willingness to explore new technologies and different ways of solving problems.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who is curious, driven and collaborative. You’ll enjoy learning, bringing your own ideas to the table and working with stakeholders to understand what they’re trying to achieve rather than simply taking requirements at face value.
Why join?
You’ll be joining a small, collaborative Workplace Technology team where automation is a growing capability and there is genuine opportunity to learn, contribute ideas and influence how technology services evolve.
You’ll gain exposure to a broad automation environment, including emerging AI capabilities, with opportunities for ongoing learning and training.
