IT AV Support Engineer

We're seeking an experienced IT AV Support Engineer to join a high-performing team responsible for supporting executive briefing rooms, customer demonstrations, leadership meetings, and large-scale events within a premium Innovation Centre environment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring meeting rooms, collaboration technologies, and event spaces are operational, reliable, and ready to deliver a seamless experience for executives, customers, and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide end-to-end AV support for executive briefings, customer demonstrations, meetings, and events
• Conduct room sweeps, readiness checks, dry runs, and technology testing before scheduled sessions
• Deliver white-glove support to senior executives, customers, and key stakeholders
• Support and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms, meeting room technologies, audio visual equipment, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Investigate and resolve incidents through the ITSM platform, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate documentation
• Work closely with internal engineering teams, AV vendors, and support partners to resolve complex issues
• Monitor meeting room health and proactively address technology issues before they impact users
• Assist with event support and coordination across multiple executive briefing rooms and event spaces

About You
You'll bring a combination of strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for customer service.
You'll ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, AV support, or end-user services
• Strong experience supporting audiovisual systems and meeting room technologies
• Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms and collaboration platforms
• Experience working with ticketing or ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and collaboration technology
• The ability to confidently support VIP and executive-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Executive Briefing Centres, Innovation Centres, or customer demonstration environments
• Advanced Zoom Room administration experience
• Exposure to MAC environments
• Basic networking knowledge including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN technologies
• Experience coordinating external AV vendors and service providers
