Senior Audio Visual Support Specialist

Are you an experienced AV Engineer who enjoys designing and managing enterprise collaboration environments rather than performing physical installations?
We're partnering with a global technology organisation seeking a Senior Audio Visual Support Specialist to take ownership of large-scale conferencing and collaboration technology across multiple global sites.
This is a senior engineering-focused role where you'll design, configure, program and support enterprise AV environments, ensuring meeting rooms and conference spaces operate reliably across multiple regions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, implement and support enterprise AV and collaboration solutions
• Program and configure AV control systems and DSP platforms
• Manage and optimise large conference and meeting room environments across the APAC region
• Provide advanced (L3) troubleshooting for AV, control, conferencing and networking issues
• Remotely configure and manage collaboration platforms and meeting room technology
• Work closely with networking, security, workplace technology and vendor teams
• Coordinate with OEM partners to resolve complex hardware and software issues
• Drive standards, best practices and continuous improvement across AV environments

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing and supporting complex enterprise AV environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Crestron control systems
• Experience with Biamp Tesira DSP programming and configuration
• Knowledge of modern collaboration platforms, particularly Zoom Rooms
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow, routing, switching and control systems
• Solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS and IP addressing
• Experience supporting large conference rooms, executive briefing centres or enterprise collaboration environments
• Ability to troubleshoot across AV, collaboration and network layers

Highly Regarded

• Experience with Dante audio networking
• CTS-I or similar AV certifications
• Experience with enterprise AV management tools such as:
  • Logitech Sync
  • Neat Pulse
  • Zoom Console
  • Extron Toolbelt
• Ability to read AV schematics and understand end-to-end signal flow
