Human judgement
Technology can make recruitment faster. It can’t replace the conversations and judgement that lead to a good hire. Our consultants understand the market, challenge the brief when needed and look beyond a CV to understand skills, motivation, expectations and fit.
Technology where it helps
We use AI and recruitment technology to help with sourcing, matching, market mapping and administration. It helps us work through more information, faster, so our consultants can spend more time speaking with clients and candidates. Every shortlist still benefits from human review and judgement.
What candidates are telling us
Our 2026 IT Workforce Insights research found that 60% of tech professionals had encountered AI or automation while looking for work, yet sentiment remains cautious: 45% believe it impairs the job-seeking experience, compared with 31% who believe it improves it. At the same time, only 15% would leave a recruitment process or reject an offer simply because AI was involved. For us, the takeaway is clear: use technology where it helps, without losing the human experience.
Diversity, built into the work
We look beyond the brief, widen access to talent and support hiring pathways that help more people participate in technology. Through trusted partnerships across the Clicks Group, we support clients looking to improve representation across their workforce, with a focus on respectful engagement and practical recruitment support that helps build stronger teams.
