Information Systems Analyst

About the Role

I'm seeking a motivated Information Systems Analyst to join a friendly and professional team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with around 3 to 4 years of experience who enjoys problem solving, working with information, and helping others while learning new technologies.

In the Role You Will:

• Support the day-to-day administration of a records management platform using SharePoint and to ensure effective use.
• Provide responsive customer service and deliver simple user training.
• Assist with applying retention and disposal rules to official records.
• Help maintain compliance with relevant information governance, risk and policy frameworks.

About You

• Practical experience (up to four years) in commercial information management, governance, risk, or related administration.
• Comfortable working with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, with an analytical, fact-based mindset.
• Clear communicator who enjoys supporting and guiding colleagues.
• Exposure to government recordkeeping standards or risk/compliance frameworks is highly regarded.
