Are you an experienced Project support officer or a HR professional ready to support a major ICT transformation initiative? We're seeking a Workforce Planner to join a dynamic program team driving digital change across a high-profile government environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating workforce activities across a large-scale ICT program. You'll support recruitment, onboarding, and resource alignment to ensure delivery teams are equipped to meet critical milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning and resourcing across multiple ICT workstreams
• Monitor program timelines and ensure workforce alignment with delivery goals
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Analyse workforce data and contribute to reporting and decision-making
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors

Key skill required

You're a proactive and organised professional with:

• Experience in Project support or HR and willing to step into a workforce management role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical capability to interpret workforce data and reports
• Baseline security clearance (mandatory)
