We're looking for a senior network leader to take ownership of a large-scale digital network environment - driving reliability, modernisation and performance across a complex, multi-site organisation.
This is a leadership role where you'll balance day-to-day service delivery with forward-looking transformation, including automation, AI and next-gen network capabilities.
The role
You'll lead the Network & Communications function - ensuring the environment is secure, scalable and fit for future growth, while guiding a high-performing team and delivering continuous improvement across services.
What you'll be doing
- Own the delivery and performance of enterprise network services, ensuring availability, security and scalability
- Lead and develop a network team, driving capability uplift and a strong service culture
- Modernise the environment through automation, AI/GenAI and software-defined networking
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver network strategy, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll bring
- Leadership experience running network services in a large, complex environment
- Strong background across enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, SDN, unified comms, data centres)
- Experience driving transformation across automation, cloud and modern network architectures
- Proven ability to deliver through teams, manage competing priorities and influence senior stakeholders
