Clicks IT has partnered with a trusted and growing technology solutions provider, to find a talented Level 2 Service Desk Analyst to join their close-knit team in Matraville, NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a collaborative, supportive business where you'll be a key part of both internal IT operations and customer-facing support services.
About the Role
As a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst, you'll provide hands-on support across both Managed Print Services and Managed IT Services. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll split your time between customer support, troubleshooting, and technical administration.
You'll be the first point of escalation for customer issues whether that's resolving technical queries remotely, organising parts and service engineers, or supporting the company's own IT infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
- Handling Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets across printing, imaging, and IT systems.
- Remote and onsite installation of printers, drivers, workflows, and email integration.
- Troubleshooting PC, laptop, Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking issues.
- Supporting internal IT infrastructure as a systems administrator.
- Coordinating parts, consumables, and vendor interactions.
- Providing white-glove service to customers with clear communication and timely follow-ups.
About You
We're looking for a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and working in a customer-focused environment.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a Level 2 Service Desk / IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and PC troubleshooting.
- Experience with Managed Print Services (installation, driver configuration, break-fix support) is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with customers and technicians.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must live within a reasonable commute of Matraville and have a car.
