We're searching for a Level 2 Technician who's passionate about solving problems, supporting clients, and working with the latest tech.
You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative service desk team where your expertise will make a real difference. If you love tackling complex issues, mentoring others, and working across a modern tech stack, this could be your next big move.
What you'll do:
- Provide advanced remote and on-site support for a wide range of IT challenges, from Microsoft 365 admin and Exchange to Azure cloud services and Power BI reporting.
- Troubleshoot networking issues (Fortinet/Cisco), set up VPNs and DNS, and resolve those tricky problems that go beyond Level 1.
- Share your knowledge with Level 1 team members, helping them grow and ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
- Keep documentation up to date and escalate critical issues when needed, always aiming for service excellence.
