IT Support Technician

I'm looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join the team and keep our technology running smoothly!

Most have a valid drivers licence and own a car.

What You'll Do:

• Provide first and second-level technical support via helpdesk, phone, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts and security settings in a hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Support audio/visual equipment and meeting room technology.
• Maintain IT documentation, track assets, and ensure best practices in IT security.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including workstation setup and training.

What You Bring:

• 2 or more years of experience in commercial IT support or service desk roles.
• ITIL foundation certification.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Teams administration.
• Experience troubleshooting printers, A/V equipment, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Halo PSA or similar) and remote support tools.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others with IT solutions.
• Current drivers licence and car.
