Clicks National Contractor Care Lead
We’d like you to meet Clicks’ new recruit and the face of candidate care, Sally Yang.
Recently appointed National Contractor Care Lead, Sally brings so much to the team and to our award-winning Candidate Care Program. She has mounds of experience in similar roles, with the added bonus of years in IT recruitment and comprehensive tech knowledge. We’re so pleased she is part of the Clicks team, and we know our Clicks contractors and candidates will be too.
So, let’s get to know a bit more about Sally and then you can join me in wondering how someone with the same number of hours in the day as we have, can fit so much achievement in.
Career
Sally has over a decade of experience across recruitment, talent acquisition, and career coaching. Throughout her career, she has been able to gain invaluable insights into what drives both high-performing teams and meaningful professional journeys, giving her innate wisdom about how to best support you in your career.

Out of Office
We asked Sally what takes up her time and gives her personal fulfilment outside of work, and to be honest, it was exhausting just hearing her speak of all her leisure pursuits!
Sally is extremely active, fit and energetic. Her wellness pursuits involve lots of running, stretching, lifting and pushing. Sometimes, all before 7am. She balances this activity with quality family time, which is her favourite way to relax and recharge.
“I am a Spartan obstacle racing enthusiast – I love a good challenge and getting muddy along the way!”

“I am currently doing The Push-Up Challenge to help raise awareness for better mental health: I am going to do 3,214 (the number of people who committed suicide in 2022) push ups over 23 days!”
