IT Support- Level 1/ Level 2

IT Level 1/Level 2 support role- Permanent opportunity.

• 5x days in the office - Office located in Chifley Tower.
• MUST come from a professional services background
• Ideal background would be coming from a small support team
• This is a Junior role so ideal experience would be 2-3 years.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and customer focused individual keen to develop their technical skills and experience. The range of duties includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all IT user related incidents and requests, while resolving user incidents/requests in a timely, courteous manner over the telephone, via email and/or in person;
• Troubleshooting software issues individually and with the wider IT team as required;
• Identifying common callers and common issues for escalation, in order to further trouble-shoot and solve issues;
• Setting up, configuring and relocating IT equipment;

The ideal candidate:

• You have a keen interest and passion for Technology with one or two years of prior relevant experience, ideally gained in a professional services or corporate environment
• You possess a robust technical skill set and a dedication to excellence with a willingness to contribute to our high performing team.
• Excellent communication skills with a problem solution mindset.
• You will be a performance orientated individual with sophisticated communication skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, service-orientated approach to working
