Based on Program priorities, the Program Support officer will undertake a range of support activities including: * Preparing Workstream, Program and Program Board reports and any other ad-hoc reporting; * Coordination and support of regular Program reviews and meetings; * Supporting Program planning and maintenance of Program and Workstream schedules; * Drafting and preparing Program Standards (Processes, Templates, Practices, etc); * Drafting Program and Workstream documents and artefacts; * Administration of Program Information Management including the Program's official records; * Maintenance of Risk, Issue, Dependency, Action, Decision, Stakeholder Engagement and Delay registers; * Preparation and administration of material to support stakeholder engagement and other communication needs; * Supporting the preparation of governance deliverables; * General support across the program and workstreams on a range of ad-hoc activities.
Essential criteria 1. Demonstrated experience working in a Program Support role or Program Office across the activities described in the role statement 2. Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities coupled with the ability to produce well written, accurate work to deadlines 3. A good team member with good interpersonal and communication skills, Desirable 1. Demonstrated experience using Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Planner, SharePoint and Visio in a Program Support or Program Office role 2. Familiar with PRINCE2, MSP and Agile methods 3. Experience working in a Program undertaking High Risk/High Value sourcing.
