About the Role: Join the team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, where you'll lead the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on ITSM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement workflows, automations, and integrations, ensuring efficient and effective solutions and be a part of the green implementation project. We value a can-do attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You'll Do:
Lead technical development efforts, planning, and executing workshops to gather requirements.
Configure, customize, and maintain various ServiceNow modules, especially in ITSM, to meet business needs.
Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, automation, and integrations, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Document processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge transfer and best practices.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer, with a strong focus on ITSM.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, automations, and integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
ServiceNow certification(s) will be a strong advantage.
A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
