Clicks Recruitment is proudly partnering with a prominent government organisation to seek a seasoned Senior Project Manager with Salesforce project experience for a large transformation project.
Your new role:
As the Senior Project Manager your pivotal role ensures the seamless delivery of essential products and services, meeting stringent parameters of time, cost, quality, and scope. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll champion project outcomes that resonate with defined benefits outlined in the Business Case.
What you'll be doing:
- Analyse, evaluate, and deploy technology solutions to address operational challenges.
- Lead the full project life-cycle, from scope establishment to risk assessment and successful delivery.
- Drive high-quality Cloud solutions, meticulously monitoring budgets, scope, and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to architectural and data standards for consistent and scalable projects.
- Strategically manage diverse business requirements, identifying synergies for efficient implementation.
- Provide leadership at both team and senior levels, navigating challenges with finesse.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment, establishing best practices and partnerships for project success.
- Proactively manage stakeholder needs and expectations, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Oversee vendor management, change management, and training initiatives.
Experience you'll need to have:
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP); additional Salesforce Certification advantageous.
- Over 10 years of extensive Project Management experience, specialising in technology implementation projects.
- Proficiency in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies alongside relevant tools.
- Previous experience managing Salesforce implementations, preferably within a government context.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency; New Zealand citizens with current passports also eligible.

Please note: Australian Citizenship is required for this role and you must be willing to undergo a detailed national police check to achieve Baseline security clearance.
