ICT Project Officer - Contract Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support ICT projects across scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Apply and promote consistent project management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and dashboards
• Facilitate clear communication between ICT, business units, and stakeholders
• Monitor risks, budgets, and performance to ensure successful delivery

Must have:

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Change Management, Project Management, or related field
• Strong experience in software delivery and ICT infrastructure project management
• Proven stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive organisational and cultural change

Nice to have:

• PRINCE2, PMP, or PMBOK certification
• Change Management certification (e.g. PROSCI)
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Familiarity with contemporary ICT project management tools
