Senior Software Engineer - Archer IRM
Contract Opportunity: Upto 12 month with upto 24 months extension
Location: ACT,Vic,SA
Must have an NV1 clearence
We are seeking multiple Senior Software Engineers with strong experience in RSA Archer IRM to join a large, complex enterprise environment delivering critical risk and security capability uplift initiatives.
This is an opportunity to work on high‑impact systems that support enterprise risk, security vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks at scale.
ou will join an established agile delivery team supporting and enhancing an existing Archer IRM platform, working across design, configuration, development, testing, and production support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing new Archer IRM solutions and enhancements
- Configuring Archer IRM modules and advanced workflows to meet business needs
- Supporting system integrations with upstream and downstream platforms (REST APIs)
- Managing patching, maintenance, and defect remediation
- Contributing to sprint planning, documentation, and showcases
- Performing unit testing and supporting production releases (including after hours as required)
Key Technical Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Strong hands‑on experience developing and configuring RSA Archer IRM, specifically:
- IT Security Vulnerabilities Program
- IT Risk Management
- Issues Management
- Experience with Archer Advanced Workflows, dashboards, reports, and bulk updates
- Proven capability designing data models and managing API‑based integrations
- Experience working with large data volumes (tens of millions of records)
- Solid understanding of cyber security and risk frameworks, including:
- PSPF
- ISM
- Essential Eight
- NIST (including CVE, CPE, CWE, CISA‑KEV)
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA
