They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Payroll Functional Analyst to contribute to the success of the University. As the SAP Payroll Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and enhancing the SAP ECC6 HR / AU Payroll Functional systems. Your expertise will be critical in supporting and driving projects that contribute to the overall efficiency and functionality of the payroll and time management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuration experience in a SAP ECC6 HR / AU Payroll Functional position within a large end-user site.
Apply hands-on configuration experience, demonstrating in-depth technical skills and a track record of success in both Support and Project Team environments.
Lead the setup and enhancement of payroll and time schemas and rules, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules, contributing to improved business functionality and overall performance.
Conduct thorough functional knowledge and gap analysis, understanding business operations to provide optimal solutions.
Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' configuration experience in SAP ECC6 HR / AU Payroll Functional position.
Extensive hands-on configuration experience with SAP Time and Attendance and ECC6 (On Prem) Payroll.
Proven expertise in setting up and enhancing payroll and time schemas and rules.
Ability to facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules.
Excellent functional knowledge and gap analysis skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
