Working within a cross-functional web/digital team, this role is responsible for designing and implementing a website testing & personalisation program focussed on delivering conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across key stages of this clients' website prospective customer journey.
Developing a website testing and personalisation strategy that delivers CRO
Designing, implementing and reporting on A/B and multivariate testing, funnel optimisation, and website personalisation experiments
Using Google Optimize, Analytics, and Tag Manager (or similar)
Using a broad range of other marketing optimisation, personalisation and testing tools
An understanding and knowledge of UX, wireframes, design and development
Training and supporting a UX team in developing website optimisation and personalisation skills
Drupal CMS (highly regarded)
