Our client is a major Australian financial group that is looking to bolster their current team with a Programme Coordinator. To be a successful candidate for this role you will have prior experience providing Programme Coordination for large, strategic, enterprise wide technology programmes for end-user focused technologies.
Within this role you be responsible for a number of pivotal areas such as addressing risks, issues, finances, project support, quality assurance, problem solving and analysis.
This is an initial 7 month contract, with a high chance for extension. The role is based in the Sydney CBD and they provide a hybrid working model.
Key requirements:
Experience using Jira, MS Projects, Confluence or SharePoint
Background on delivering high end Programme Coordination in accordance with Finance and technology based projects.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
5+ experience as a Programme Coordinator or Programme Administrator
Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Prior experience setting up/tracking/reporting Programme budgets of over $20M
