Opportunity to join one of the largest IT transformation programs in the Southern Hemisphere as an SAP Functional Analyst focussing on GRC This role will be based at Sydney Olympic Park and will initially run until April 2023 with possibility of extension.
The SAP Functional Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and capturing requirements around how the solution should work based on role-based access, and application security leveraging SAP within the solution. The role will focus on SAP GRC, SAP organizational structures and hierarchy, will need to be able to make changes in SAP and have an understanding of public sector entitlements and translate them into a package.
Candidates should have the following skills and experience:
Proven extensive experience as a SAP Functional analyst gained across a number of larger organisations (>5,000 users).
Aptitude to formulate and articulate role definitions between COTS packages.
Good understanding of SAP application security implementation methodologies, role-based access controls.
Advanced knowledge of defining and implementing Segregation of Duties(SoD)
Knowledgeable of different user and role types, SAP Authorization Concept, Roles or Activity Groups, and User Administration on different SAP Platform. Additional Knowledge of SAP Security model , role based access control , authorisation objects will be a plus.
Experienced in design and development of SAP security roles, GRC & IDM.
Hands on experience with mapping of roles & alignment of Job profiles.
Hands on functional knowledge of SAP organisation structures (Org hierarchies and master data objects & Attributes)
Proven experience of translating organization requirements to COTS packages.
Worked with inhouse and outsourced vendors to deliver an implementable role based authorisation model .
Can demonstrate experience in achieving organization wide service outcomes.
Demonstrated capability of having implemented appropriate security model leveraging SAP for COTS based packages.
Demonstrated organisational, time management and prioritising skills.
Demonstrated superior communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
