This role works to upload and edit CLIENT's website running on Sitecore 9.1. The role works with colleagues across the team to publish content and advice on best practices in Sitecore publishing. You will ensure communication on CLIENT's website meets SEO and accessibility standards, as part of an effective regulatory approach.
Deliver high quality content for distribution through CLIENT's Sitecore 9.1 website:
Ensuring content published on CLIENT's external website is presented in a consistent and understandable way and in line with the content management system best practices.
By advising on the best way to communicate complex information through CLIENT's website.
Formatting complex and lengthy content into useful web-based content.
Build the capability of CLIENT colleagues by:
Providing advice on website publishing, SEO and accessibility best practices.
Collaborating with colleagues to sensitively provide them feedback on alterations and refinement to the content they have provided.
Proactively identifying gaps in CLIENT's website content and work with colleagues to develop / finesse content.
Establish effective relationships with representatives in other business units.
Key selection criteria
Knowledge, expertise and qualifications:
Degree qualified in marketing, writing, digital media, strategic communications or equivalent career experience
Previous working history in CMS content management and publishing
Proven experience formatting complex and lengthy content into useful web-based content
Experienced with uploading and managing content through a modular / component-based page editor
Knowledge and Proficiency
Proficient in SEO and accessibility best practices
Experience working with Sitecore 9.x
